Foster parents again!

Say hello to the latest additions to the McFeeny family! These are four week-old Staffordshire Bull Terriers or Staffies, which we are fostering through Battersea Dogs and Cats Home. They arrived today and are called Hippo (because he is just growing and growing), Oreo (named after my favourite biscuit because he is brown with a white tummy) and Charlotte (shortened to Lottie – and coincidently the name of one of Amy’s best friends).

Everyone has fallen in love with them as you can well imagine. The puppy smell, the snuffling, the squeaking, yes even the chewing, biting and questionable toilet habits, we love them! They aren’t moving much at the moment, and there is a lot of falling asleep mid-stretch, but that’s something we can all relate to.

For those of you wondering what happened to Miley, our first foster dog who went on to have a starring role on ITV’s This Morning, we are really happy to say that she has been adopted and re-homed and is settling in well. Let’s hope that the same thing happens with this lovely little lot!
